Chandler Reed
CEO
Chandler is CEO of Get Green NOI. He began his real estate career with Camden Property Trust, one of the nation’s largest multifamily Real Estate Investment Trusts. He then worked for a private multifamily real estate investment firm where he met Get Green NOI Partner Bert de Alejo.
He most recently worked for a full-service commercial real estate development firm undertaking one of the largest urban neighborhood developments in the country.
He graduated from The University of Florida, obtaining a B.S. in Finance and an M.S. in Real Estate, a program ranked number one amongst public universities. He currently lives in his hometown of Tampa, FL.

Bert de Alejo
Managing Partner
Bert is Managing Partner of Get Green NOI. He is an active real estate investor who understands the importance of improving the bottom line in real estate assets. He joined Get Green in order to better facilitate the reduction of wasteful utility related expenses for all real estate operators.
Bert has over 15 years of experience in the acquisition and operation of multi-family and industrial properties throughout the US. As a Partner in a Florida based real estate investment firm for 10 years, he directly oversaw the renovation and operation of 18,000+ multifamily units and led an investment team that conducted transactions of multi-family properties in excess of $1.5b.
He holds a B.S.B.A. from Georgetown University and an M.B.A. from the University of South Florida and is a licensed general contractor and real estate broker in the State of Florida. He lives with his family in his hometown of Tampa, FL.

Richard Blackwood
VP, Operations - PMP
Richard is VP, Operations at Get Green NOI. After completing his M.S. in Engineering Management at the University of South Florida he began his career in the multifamily services industry.
He has developed a penchant for helping Customer achieve their triple bottom line through the execution of Energy Conservation Projects.
Richard leverages his knowledge of lighting products and regional rebate incentive programs to provide clients with the best mix of value, performance, and energy savings.
